Welcome to the Pharmacovigilance Section

Our mission is to ensure patient safety and the quality of our products. Your participation is essential to achieving this goal.

Pharmacovigilance includes activities related to detecting, evaluating, understanding, and preventing adverse effects or any other drug-related issues. We constantly monitor the safety of our medicines to identify potential risks and take necessary measures to mitigate them.

Adverse reaction reports help us gather valuable information on the safety of our medicines. These reports allow us to:

  • Identify new side effects.
  • Improve information about drug-related risks.
  • Take corrective measures when necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and effectiveness of our products.

Anyone can report an adverse reaction: doctors, pharmacists, other healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers.

If you experience an adverse reaction to one of our products, we encourage you to report it. The process is simple:
Provide all available details about the adverse reaction, including symptoms, drug name, dosage, and any other relevant information. Use the provided Adverse Reaction Reporting link:

AIFA Online Service

Alternatively, consult your doctor or trusted pharmacist, who can report the reaction on your behalf.

Once we receive a report, our pharmacovigilance team will carefully review it. You may be contacted for additional information to better understand the reaction. All data collected is handled with the utmost confidentiality and used exclusively to improve product safety (in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679).

Your collaboration is essential and can make a difference.

Thank you for contributing to pharmacovigilance.
